RETURNS
If you receive the wrong item, or the material is defective, please contact us right away: call 1-812-933-0342 or email info@shopinhisimage.com. We will arrange for UPS to pick up your package so that you do not incur any cost for return shipping.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA number) is required for all returns. Please contact us at info@shopinhisimage.com to obtain an RMA number and a return shipping label.
Returned item(s) must arrive in brand new condition and must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund. Items returned beyond the 14-day timeframe will be charged a 30% restocking fee. CDs, DVDs, and shrink-wrapped materials are not returnable.
